Can I buy different top and pant (style / size)?
Yes, we offer maximum flexibility in both styles and sizes.
Ex: You can order a pant size 36 from one style and a top size 38 from another style.
Can I reserve a product?
We do not accept reservations.
My order has not yet arrived. How can I find out where it is ?
Once the order is shipped you will receive a "confirmation of shipping" e-mail and you will be able to consult the "Tracking Number" information of your order in your customer area under "Orders".

I chose payment the ATM reference payment method. I forgot to action the payment by the deadline (23:59h of the day the order is placed. What do I do now?
Your order is cancelled and your items return to stock. In this case you will have to place a new order if you still want to receive this.
Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?
The delivery address can be changed up until the moment the order has been shipped.
Can I change my invoicing information after I place and order?
Changes to invoicing are only permitted up until the moment the order has been shipped.
